OUTERLIMITS (hypno)
"Hypno" is probably the most iconic cut track in the little nightmares franchise. Despite most people thinking it would play in a happy ending, it was never intended to be so. It was always meant to be a "luring voice" of the transmission that would lure the viewers in. The heavenly sound of it would play in most tvs and even be heard coming from the signal tower at one point. It was also heavily associated with the thin man for some reason, it would even play before the thin man showdown sequence. The broken version of hypno is actually used at the end of the promotional trailers for Little Nightmares 2. But other than that, it's never used anywhere else other than its whistle version heard coming from the tv shows.
EXTRA: The "Nova" actually stands for Novachord, which is the instrument used in it and also in Disposable Entertainment (Tower's Pulse) I made a video showing it here
TELEVISIONS & RADIOS
These are some of the unused TV sounds in the files. First two are actually heard in some leftover levels in the files, but aren't used in the final game itself. The others remain unused, except the kitchen one, which is only used in another leftover level in the files.
According to the files, and also a level, there was originally going to be a Radio tuning part. For what reason? Not sure. But the audio files for it are still in the files. First one is an audio of someone hanging themselves, second is a very cartoonish baboon(?) screaming, third is the solo boy from hypno, fourth is a meshuggah song (War) and the rest are morse code sounds associated with the radio tuning, according to the files.
