This is the animation of the teacher smacking the ruler in her hand from the annoucement trailer. Despite the final game having a similar animation to when she notices you in the classroom, this one in specific is unused.
This one is an unused animation of her investigating. Something i've always noticed about the teacher is that whenever she hears something she always points her index finger. I wonder if this is related to that one concept art of her finger.
These are unused animations for what it calls as "Hold Loops", where the teacher stays with her neck stretched while not trying to attack you, then she retracts.
