Biography
Fágner’s a Brazilian artist from Manaus, up in Amazonas. Art’s pretty much been part of his life forever. When he was just 2 or 3, he’d scribble all over the walls at home. Most parents would’ve freaked out, but his dad actually loved it and cheered him on, so that spark for creating stuff just kept growing.
Around 4 or 5, his uncle showed him The Ring. While other kids would’ve hidden under the blanket, Fágner was totally hooked on the spooky visuals and that eerie soundtrack. It got him drawing his own monsters and coming up with little horror stories.
He also got really into soundtracks from games, movies, and shows. In 2017, his uncle let him mess around on a keyboard, and boom, he was obsessed with making music. A couple years later, his dad got him his own keyboard and a guitar, so he started putting together his own tracks. They sounded super "bad" at first, but he was having fun.
All this time, he kept drawing and getting better at it. In 2020, he signed up for classes at Quanta Academia, an art school down in São Paulo. The pandemic made things tricky, but he still soaked up a ton from the pros teaching there. The next year, he jumped into some small game projects like fan made stuff for Little Nightmares and a few indie games too. Then in 2021, he stumbled onto Blender, this free 3D software that blew his mind. He started modeling characters, building levels, and even doing graphic design on the side (something he was already pretty good at). 3D quickly became his second big thing.
In 2022, he switched to a school that did things differently: everything was project-based. In literature class, instead of just tests, they could write stories, give talks, or put on full-on theater plays. The plays were a game-changer for him. While a lot of classmates crushed the acting, Fágner went all in on sound: composing tracks, designing effects, the works. With everyone bringing their A-game, those shows ended up being the highlight of the whole school. For the next three years, he kept making soundtracks for plays based on Brazilian books, tweaking and leveling up with every new production.
Fast forward to 2024, and Fágner’s this full-on multidisciplinary artist—killer at drawing, 3D modeling, sound design, and composing music. Whatever project he touches, he brings something fresh to the table.
